Wine, Yoga + Wellness Workshop

$32Join us for a Wellness Workshop to kick off the year!

We will practice breath work, enjoy a 45-minute gentle yoga practice (we’ll get the whole body moving and gently stretched), yoga nidra (aka yogic sleep, which equates to 4x the amount of rest of normal sleep and can have many benefits ranging from relaxation, to helping improve insomnia, PTSD, back pain, rheumatoid arthritis, stress levels, anxiety, etc.), and we’ll finish up with some journaling.

Group discussion or one-on-one conversation is welcome after we’ve finished up.

(Dress comfortably. You are welcome to bring your mat. For Nidra, we want to make a nest to be able to settle in and become as comfortable as possible. Pillows, blankets, eye mask, bolsters/towels or blankets for under the knees, and extra layers of clothes if you like.)

The cost per person is $32 per person and includes the workshop and a glass of wine. (tickets for just the workshop can also be purchased for $23).
