Appetizer: House Made Coffee Cake, Bagels with Smoked Salmon, Stuffed Crepes, and Mini Quiche
Soup: Asparagus Soup Topped with Candied Pork Belly
Salad: Strawberry and Feta Salad with Pickled Onions, Smoked Almonds and a Shallot Port Dresssing
Entrée: Slow Roasted Beef Short Rib paired with a Salmon and Crab Cakes atop an Asparagus Risotto
